If none of the hard parts are damaged, ie: turbine wheel & shaft, compressor wheel, chra... You pay for parts and give me $50. The rebuild kits are $50 with $5.50 shipping, so pretty much $105 for a new turbo. The more beer and food, the lower the price goes

Pull the turbo apart and clean everything. I usually tape off the shaft and gently glass bead the turbine wheel, comes out looking brand new.

media blaster, blast cabinet. Some way of throwing sand and high speed at it.
