I got A ghostly hummmming...
Got me the (aluminum?) lower intercooler piping frm RRE (thnks, I'll be getting the upper soon) I got rid of the rubber stocker... But now I'm hearing some kindof humming sound around mid-level boost thru peak, but doesn't do it at low boost. Sounds like a ghost under my hood... "wooooooooooooooo" spooooooky lmao. I checked everything, everythings connected. I didn't hear this before I changed it out. Any clues?

Have you done a boost leak test?
Always do one after replacing intercooler/piping/BOV/Turbo charger.

I got A ghostly hummmming...
I'm 90% sure it's a BL... I noticed today at peak boost, it doesn't pull as it did before I swapped the lower intercooler hose, it's at peak boost but barely moving. All I touched was the lower intercoolerhose, and I made sure the new 1 was tight... Any1 got an idea on how much RRe charges to fix boostleaks?

Re: I got A ghostly hummmming...
That's all it takes to create a boost leak. Any modifications, to the turbo charger system. Just because it's on tight doesn't mean it seals air 100%. google on how to do a boost leak test. You can do it your self it's fairly easy. Also search for youtube videos if you are a visual learner.

I got A ghostly hummmming...
I saw vids... I don't have the know-how to make a tester lol, an I don't have a air compressor... If someone had both that's local, I wouldn't mind paying some funds for the help.
It sounds like the humming is coming from the intake... But I could be wrong, it's like blended together with the air-suction noise under boost.
