Depending on what's wrong with it, you can probably get a regular non-Eprom ECU for cheaper than it would cost to rebuild yours. But if you really want to repair yours, you can try ECMTuning. They offer full ECU repairs and specialize in DSMs. But you will have to ship yours to them, pay them to fix it, and then pay to ship it back. By that point you can probably just buy a working ECU as mentioned earlier. http://www.ecmtuning.com/product_info.p ... ucts_id=33 |

Yea i feel you. But you cant trust people. I bought one and it didnt work so yea, And i was told it was good by the member from here who refered me to the actual seller... SO i rather not buy another one n its bad. so mi rather pay to rebuild one i know is for sure good n will last.. SO if you know anyone besdies ecmtuning, n them big companies let me know. |

When you buy an ECU from a junkyard they almost always come with a 30 day warranty. Might be worth spending an afternoon parts hunting. That way if you find one that doesn't work you can just return it for a working one. |

I'm sure a junkyard ecu with warranty will be much cheaper than paying for a rebuild. The cheapest alternative is to learn to repair it yourself. That or take the risk in buying a used one off somebody. But since you have your mind set on getting it rebuilt, just cough up the cash to do so. |
