Post subject:  A lil info I'd like to share on building a motor/sheptrans

Well if anybody planning on building a motor he is some Info I learned:

If you dont get the HD wiseco's and get 8.3:1 or 9.0:1 piston kit and you plan on boosting over 28 pds Wiseco recommend to get HD wrist pins Part # S709 (wrist pin) to be on the much safer side...

And if your boosting over 35 pds to get L-19 Headstuds The torque on those ARP L-19 with the the ARP heavy duty Grease is From 120-130 ft. Tq Pds.......

And a stage 4 Sheptrans recommends on 600 plus horse power to use all Redline Lightweight Shock proof From 500-600 to use a 50/50 mix MT 90/ shockproof and 400-500 hosrepower just MT 90 However Most cars use MT 85 and I asked them about that and they said that MT 85 is thinner and dont recommend it on their trans...

And if anyone has info they liked to share I would appreciate it Thanks.................
