It's been 2 and a half years since I started this thread, but I officially no longer have a broken DSM.
Here it is after washing some of the years of dirt off. Still need to give it a proper wash and wax, but it cleans up pretty well for a 22 year old car.
I took it for a drive around the block a couple times this weekend and everything is working. The only leak is the stock turbo oil feed from the head, but that's an easy fix. It feels weird having a DSM that doesn't leave fluid wherever it's parked. Right now it's just running 10psi on 91 octane, but DSMlink is doing it's thing and the car is running better than it ever has over the 12 years I've owned it.
I was hoping to bring it to MOD this weekend, but it looks like I have to work on Saturday and the car still doesn't have a functioning catback. It also needs new tires and an alignment and I just can't pull all that off this week. So I'm planning on finally making it to a Monday meet as soon as that stuff is figured out.
