 WTF is wrong with my 255 ***VIDEO*** so either im losing my mind of my wally 255 got loud as hell all of a sudden. it was loud before but now it has this really high pitched whine like its being over worked or something... im kind wondering if i lost a seal intank. my base pressure with the engine off is 3psi lower then it was last time i checked but with the engine running it seems normal... do wallys get really loud before they die? this pump is not even a year old http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=yo ... 3zlV4wZ_Ss

Re: WTF is wrong with my 255 ***VIDEO*** That's louder then my in-line pump under the car!! Bearings in the pump may be going out. Also, check voltage at the pump to make sure you're getting full voltage. If it's less then the pump will draw more amps & work harder hence the higher pitch.

Re: WTF is wrong with my 255 ***VIDEO*** i rewired it a few months back and i checkED all the connections yesterday. so im pretty sure its good... im gonna throw a stock pump in there and try to get a new one under warrenty through walbro... i bught this one in Feb this year and i know i didnt install it till a couple months after that
