Update:
After days of stress, searching for a place.... today my gsx got towed to a near by tranny shop, which my gf once took her old 2001 civic (automatic), and got a FAIR estimate of $800 for labor and parts to get the tranny rebuilt
w/1yr warranty !!!
I know I could have gone with the 5-spd swap but it would have taken longer and time is not on my side b/c i can't be using the yaris all the time. (my gf does need HER car too yah know). I, still, do plan to convert it in the future, when the funds are more available
