I have a full 3" catback from my FWD car. Selling for 100 bucks. Stealthy. Just a 3" pipe out the back, huge magnaflow 12259 muffler under the car.

The rear o2 sensor is pretty much just to verify if your cat is working. Shouldn't affect gas mileage. Do you maybe have some boost leaks ? Is your front o2 sensor working properly ?

Your car would run like ass without a front o2 sensor. The front is on the o2 housing after the turbo. There is no reason to remove it to install a cat back. That would be like cutting open your chest cavity to do brain surgery.
