Must be black. Must be a 1990 style fender for pop up headlights. By "clean", I mean no big dents, oxidation, clear coat bubbling or flaking, major scratches (that go through the paint), rust, or holes. Minor scratches and paint that's a little dull or faded is okay, but NO OXIDATION!!!

Sorry about going into so much detail, but the last person that tried to sell me a "clean" fender showed me a fender with a grapefruit sized dent, major scratches through to the metal, and clear coat peeling and missing from half the fender.
