If your engine needs a new valve job I got the Shop and here are the Prices: SOHC Basic Rate: $80 bucks Valves $12 ea if needed Lifters $8 ea if needed. Spring, prices might vary and replaced only if needed. If you head goes bad you usually need either In or Out Valves DOHC Basic Rate: $100 bucks Basic Rate: $80 bucks Valves 12 ea if needed Lifters $8 ea if needed Springs, prices vary and replaced only if needed. Cams and Head gasket kit available. Price varies on Car model and year Prices are for stock OEM parts, any aftermarket items can be replaced if you want them. You buy I'll get it installed. Any mods to the head is extra I will notify you the estimate before any work is done to the head. This is done at a shop in LA, they do bench work, Head Jobs all day!! If you want a Mechanic shop, I have my mechanic, here is his number (323) 219-6137 His name is Ivan. I just spoked to him he is expecting your call Depends on the engine, head type, Turbo, non turbo. Give him a call. Tell him exactly what you want and he will help you. * * * Whats up Guys i was reading this posting and I contacted Ivan For Lifters & Rockers Replacements he quoted me 90 bucks for Labor only. im going to give a try with him within two weeks. but i need a Suggestion i also need to do a tune up to my talon. Should i wait intill i do my tune up and then go to Ivan, or does it even matter or should a do all of it all together tune up and Lifters and rockers. - any suggestions Thanks |
