Its a scam, here is the reply I got when I emailed about the car:

Please excuse me for this late reply to your e-mail, I had problems with my internet connection and could not get online. This 1998 Eclipse GSX is in perfect working condition. My experienced technician has fully checked out this car and gives it a special high rating, it has a CLEAR and CLEAN TITLE, a great history and mechanically without any problems ever. It now has 116330 miles on the odometer ( mostly highway). There are no loans or liens on the car, I paid it in full. The Vin # is: 4A3AL54F8WE010047. Along with the car, i will send you the Title, signed by me and notarized. As I mentioned in my ad, the Eclipse is absolutely flawless in every way, both mechanic and cosmetic. Currently I am in Las Vegas with business. The GSX is at eBay`s Shipping Centre in Atlanta,GA, from where it will be shipped to you if you will buy my car. I stored the car and all it`s documentation there before I left for Vegas, and eBay will handle the transaction for me, since I am very busy with a conference here in Vegas.
My final price on it is US4,000.00$. I decided to buy an SUV, that is why I am selling the Eclipse...
