 *SOLD* 1G AWD Rolling Chassis Shell w/ Roll Cage This is the rolling shell of my 1G project race car that I never finished. It's been sitting around for a long time and I realize that I'm way too busy to ever finish it so it's time to let it go. I have a clean California title in hand. Price drop all the way to $385!
A premium was put on making this car as light as possible so a lot of work went into that. Here is some of the notable things on/done to the car:
-Engine and Chassis harness taken apart and all unnecessary wiring removed (all necessary engine sensor, headlight, taillight, turn signal, dash light circuits remain)
-Everything unnecessary under the dash was removed (heater core, AC components, etc)
-Everything not needed in the engine bay was removed
-4 point Roll Cage
-Reinforced shocks towers fabricated from steel plates for Chromoly Strut Tower Bar and place to weld Roll Cage to
-Exposed interior metal and roll cage painted black
-Front end (Hood, Fenders, Headlights, Front Bumper) converted to late 1G (92-94) for looks and weight savings
-Other than the headliner and seats, the interior from the roll cage forward is all there since this car was meant to run in Street Class. Everything is gutted underneath but it can pass for a street car
-10 gauge Rewiring of Fuel Pump
-All 4 wheel bearings replaced with new OEM Mitsu parts
-Power Slot Rotors and Metallic Brake Pads
-Removable Radiator Core Support
-Moroso Heavy Duty Battery Cutoff Switch installed in back
I took a lot of care when doing work on this car. All the wiring was properly soldered and wireloomed. Throw a motor, trans, and a couple of other things in there and you have a kickass really lightweight track car. I have tons of random DSM stuff that can be worked into the deal as well.
I'm also open to trades if you have certain electronics (Cellphone, car GPS, car stereo head unit, etc.) or performance parts for a Mitsubishi Evo 9 (I'm actively looking for a lightweight Rims or Tires but let me know what you have). We can add money on my end or yours to make the trade equitable
