I originally posted this car for sale about a couple of months ago. I closed the post because I was holding the car for my brother, but he still don't have his license and I can't afford to keep up the maintance. School is back in session and it's getting expense this year for school supplies, classes, and paying back student loans. below is an update of all the pros and cons.
All major repairs were done by RRE
Cons:
207k on the engine
wheel alignment and tire balancing
smoke from the exuast if sitting in idle longer than 10mins but not while driving.
broken third tail light is broken (the middle light that sits inside the rear trunk)
wheel bearing or drivetrain needs to be checked out
down pipe is missing a bolt and needs to be replace
Pros:
RUNS VERY WELL (especially at night for some reason)
All tags are up to date
New economic build tranny for a 250hp FWD is the Stage 1.1. (from Jack's)
New Act 2100 clutch / lighten flywheel
Newly instally polyurethane motor mounts
newly installed HID lights
very cold A/C
Greddy BOV
K&N intake filter
c/b hood
Brand new tires/stock chorme rims
All belts including timing belts and water pump only 6 months old
non-smoking
Air/Fuel meter
kyb agx's (not installed yet)
up to date schedule maintance and oil changes
The car is mostly stock, i kept good care of this car and i really hate to sale it but i just cant afford to keep it and if someone out there is look for a good running 2g gst let me know.
